My spouse is going to love this one! So would many others who believe that food that does not use ghee (clarified butter), butter, cream or some form of grease is not great food. For many-many years, fats have been looked down at. Perhaps there is some truth when they are present in excess – but that applies to almost every kind of food. The culprit for lifestyle disorders has been branded as (all types of) fats. The real culprits have been hiding in the background all this while.

Why did this macronutrient get such a bad reputation? The article says it is because of bad science. personal ambition, bias and politics. Here’s how:
