I have heard friends debating about the superiority of certain beers over others when it comes to taste. Craft beer is made in a traditional way in a small brewery and interestingly it is a creative process of adding different ingredients and watching/smelling/tasting a variety of generated or evolved flavours (I hope that is correct – at least that is what I understood after asking around, checking on web and reading this article). I was surprised what all went into craft beers of the past and what goes into the craft beers of the present.
